The offices empty out and the night crew pulls in. It's the same three people every night. They already know which desks overflow and which restroom runs out of towels first.
Bins, desks, then the carpet
Every bin gets emptied. Every desk gets wiped.
One person runs the bins and liners. One wipes the desks and the break room counter. The vacuum goes last so it picks up whatever fell on the way. You can see the passes in the carpet.

Restrooms are where tenants judge a building. We restock paper and soap, wipe the mirrors and fixtures, and mop last on the way out the door. Everything is done with green-certified products.
Up through the building
The scrubber takes the lobby. The crew moves upstairs.
Building locked
An auto scrubber washes and dries the lobby floor in one pass. Upstairs, the crew runs the same routine one floor at a time and turns the lights off behind them. From the parking lot you can tell which floors are done.
Trash out. Doors open.
By morning the building looks like nobody was there.
Bags go to the enclosure before the crew leaves. A day porter arrives before the tenants do, wipes the entry glass, and keeps the lobby and restrooms up through the day.
