CAREERS AT M5

Commercial trades across the Tri-Valley, the East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula. Tools provided. A full maintenance team behind you.

M5 Services is a commercial building services contractor based in Pleasanton. We maintain and repair commercial properties across the Tri-Valley, the East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula: office buildings, retail, and industrial sites for property managers and national facility groups.

We're not a big-crew outfit. Our engineers and technicians work with a full maintenance team behind them, and they're trusted to solve the problem in front of them without waiting on a project manager.

We hire people from union and non-union backgrounds. What matters is what you can do in a building.

What M5 provides

  • Tools provided and uniforms provided
  • Dental and vision fully paid by the company, and half your medical premium
  • 401k with company match
  • Paid holidays and 40 hours paid sick leave
  • Phone allowance, and a company vehicle depending on the role
